Order Related

Yes, you will need to create an account with Manbric to shop.

There are several benefits of creating your account. Some of them are mentioned below:

  3. You will not have to fill in all your details every time you shop with us.

  9. We can contact you either by email or by phone if there is any problem in delivering your shipment. Most of the time we only try to contact you by email, if it is necessary. We do not contact you without any reason(s).

Cancellation & Returns

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for their transportation to you, there, unfortunately, may be circumstances when they do not meet the expected standard.

The following details are the refund policy and requirements:

  1. Other than faulty goods all non-consumable goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery and in good condition.
  2. Consumable goods may not be returned unless faulty. If faulty the goods must be (whenever possible) returned to the Company.
  3. You MUST quote the invoice number/order number on all correspondence.
  4. A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when this may be refunded.

Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

Payments

We accept all major Debit or Credit cards e.g. Master Cards, Visa Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by our Bank / PayPal using a well secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of payment and the product(s) and dispatch details from the Bank. Payment may also be made by other methods contact support@manbric.com for "Payment Methods." You can also pay for your shopping directly using secure PayPal, if you have PayPal account. 

Payment made on any of our company sites are taken / collected by our bank on behalf of our company. The name "Waxbird Trading Private Limited" will display on your Bank, Debit Card or Credit Card Statement. 

Please Note:

  1. We DO NOT accept CHEQUES as a means of payment.
  2. We DO NOT accept payments over the PHONE.

Shipping

You select the shipping service at “Check out”. We use either “Royal Mail Signed” or one of the several Couriers depending on the consignment weight, size, location. The cost of delivery is calculated on shipping weight including the packaging. We will inform you once it is dispatched with either of these service providers.

  1. The estimated delivery time is within 4 - 7 working days & 2 - 6 weeks for international orders after payment. Generally, we try to deliver your order well before this time band. Feel free to contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp for any further queries.
  2. We dispatch your orders within our time frame on “First come; First, serve” basis; we will inform you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  3. We are unable to provide you the exact delivery day, date, and time but most of our UK customers receive their orders within 4 - 7 working days, and for selected products, Indian customers receive their orders within 4 - 7 working days depending on the warehouse location.
  4. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites' terms and conditions.
  5. Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfill your order.
The estimated delivery time is when you can reasonably expect the order to arrive. The order may delay for a variety of reasons, such as unfavorable weather, public holiday, peak seasons, and many more.
Yes, we ship international orders as well. We cater to most countries including India, United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, and many more.
Select your country while checkout and choose one of the shipping methods given above. If your selection shows an error "Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"

Yes, all major banks and PayPal payment systems are secured and we don’t see any of your Credit / Debit Card details. It’s all done on bank’s secure server as you pay your other bills and deal with your ATM transactions.

We only receive Payment confirmation so we can dispatch your order.

Collaboration

The campaigns offered on our official website:

·        Are only valid for orders made directly on our official website.

·        Are only valid for a limited amount of time; the campaign/promotion cannot be applied to orders made before or after the campaign period.

Business

Create a free Manbric account by clicking here. Once you have created an account visit the Contact Us page and fill in the form with the required information.

Yes, you can convert your existing Manbric account to Business Account. However, you will require a valid business license.

A valid Govt. provided company document is required to be registered as Manbric business.

After you have registered your account with Manbric business, we will take a maximum of 2 working days to verify your documents. Once done, we will intimate you on your registration status.
Upon successful registration and document verification, we will intimate you with regard to your registration status. Post this, you can place orders on the website as a business user. In the meanwhile, you can place your order as a consumer.
