Sale of Goods
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions. Please
scroll through this screen, read them carefully, and print a copy for future
reference.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of the Sites' terms and
conditions.
Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance
of your order and the Company is under no obligation to fulfill your order.
No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted.
Prices are in £ British Pound, ₹ Indian
Rupee, $ US Dollar and taxes will be applicable as VAT & GST (where applicable) and
are exclusive of delivery charges*.
Payment - We accept all major credit cards e.g., Master Cards, Visa
Cards, Switch, Delta, JCB, etc. The payment is taken by our Bank using a well
secured and encrypted method/ system. We only receive the confirmation of
payment and the product(s) and dispatch details from the Bank. Payment may
also be made by another method(s) such as “PayPal”, “UPI”, “Net Banking”, “Amazon
Pay”, “Paytm”, “PayU”, “COD” or “Bank transfer.” For more detailed information

Note: Currency/ Tax Class/ Delivery Methods/ Payment Methods and Products will
be available depending on your geolocation and country laws.
Payment made on any of our company sites is taken/collected by our
bank on behalf of our company. The name “Manvriti Trading Pvt. Ltd.” Or
“Manbric” will display on your Bank, Debit Card, or Credit Card
Statement.
A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when
this may be refunded.
Goods will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days* of payment.
Return of Products / Goods
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all goods are in good
condition when they leave our premises and are packed in a manner suitable for
their transportation to you, there, unfortunately, may be circumstances when they
do not meet the expected standard.
The following details are refund policy and requirements:
Other than faulty goods all non-consumable goods may be returned for
refund within fourteen days from the date of delivery and in good condition
with all tags & in original packing.
Consumable goods may not be returned unless faulty. If faulty the goods
must be (whenever possible) returned to the Company for exchange.
You MUST quote the invoice number on all correspondence.
A non-refundable delivery charge applies unless goods are faulty when
this may be refunded.
Return of Customised Products
Those items, which are customized, including any product configurations,
images, personalization, text inscriptions, or designs such as engravings,
monograms, embroidery or embossing and or printing:
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt.
If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, text, images,
or design on these products, then Manvriti Trading Pvt. Ltd. i.e., Manbric will
not be obliged to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are sent by Co.
(Manvriti Trading Pvt. Ltd.) are damaged or has defective work.
If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription,
text, images, or design due to a mistake by Manbric staff then you are protected
by Manbric Return Policy.
All product packaging, such as boxes, tags, freebies (if any) must be
returned with the item as it was sent.
Refund
Normally it takes 10 – 14 working days of returning your order. After we
receive and process your return; it may take 5 – 7 working days for your refund
to display on your payment card statement.
Affiliate Marketing Program / Plan
Manbric Affiliate Marketing program/plan is free to open an account.
You create and add a customized "Affiliate Link" on your website(s)
to share products and any other programs on Manbric with your audience.
Your audience makes a purchase on the Manbric site and you earn commission on the qualified purchases and any other program through the traffic you drive to Manbric.
Disbursement of Affiliates Commission
Manbric Affiliate Marketing program offers 10% Commission on any
qualified purchase. Manbric will pay the Affiliates Commission generated on a
qualified purchase direct to your bank account. The minimum disbursement amount
is £25.00 (twenty-five pounds) or more and ₹1500 (fifteen
hundred rupees) in India. If you live and bank outside the UK & India then the amount may be
different in the currency of your country. It all depends on the exchange
rates and your bank charges if any.
Colors, Graphics, and Garment Material
The colors shown on this website can only be as accurate as your computer monitor allows and are to be used for general guidance only.
